Advertisements on HPSRC

Yes, we know, we show ads. Indeed, and I'm sure everyone in the world agrees (even ye who make them) - the world would be better without them.

Er... Maybe not. See, here's how things work (with us, at least): The ad at the top of the page pays for our hosting - or rather, because we put the ad at the top of the page, we get free web hosting. The ad at the bottom of the page ensures that our efforts are not in vain. Each time you see one of those ads, somebody else sees one of our ads, securing a website that lets us get a few more pageviews.

So remember: next time you see one of those ads, keep in mind that we make not a penny on them - it's just to make sure our website stays alive.
